WEST COLUMBIA, SC -- Early College programs – FRESHMAN COHORT and DUAL ENROLLMENT – allow eligible high school students to take FREE college courses and get a jump start on their college education.

THE PROGRAMS
The FRESHMAN COHORT (FC) Program is open only to ninth-graders. It provides the opportunity for students to complete two years of college while in high school and earn an Associate Degree before graduating from high school. The Cohort requires a three-year commitment, including summers.

The DUAL ENROLLMENT (DE) Program is open to 10th and 11th graders. It provides the opportunity for 11th and 12th graders to complete 2-8 college courses and complete the General College Studies Certificate (6 courses/18 highly transferable college credits) while still in high school.
