WEST COLUMBIA, SC -- Lexington Two is following guidelines from a number of sources in requiring face coverings for staff, students and visitors on district property, on district transportation, and while attending a school-related activity.
With recently updated guidance from the CDC, Lexington Two's Board of Trustees revised acceptable face coverings at its February 25, 2021, monthly meeting. Now, plastic face shields/guards may not be worn as a replacement for a traditional face mask; however, a plastic shield may be used in addition to a face mask.
