WEST COLUMBIA, SC -- Lexington Two has released its modified calendar for the 2024-2025 school year.
The modified calendar designates the first day for students as Wednesday, August 7, with a final half day of the school year on Wednesday, May 28.
The new calendar also designates a week-long Thanksgiving break and spring break, a two-week winter break, and three weather makeup days as required by state law.
The calendar was approved by the Board of Trustees at its monthly January meeting. Input on the calendar was gathered from district schools, administrators and others.
