Emergency and Fire Management Services

The Emergency and Fire Management Services program prepares students for entry-level positions in public safety, emergency and fire management services including firefighter and the community to help deliver instruction to the students. English language arts are reinforced, and Work-based learning strategies appropriate for this course include job shadowing. Apprenticeship and cooperative education are not available for this course. SkillsUSA state and National competitive events, community service, and leadership activities provide the opportunity to apply essential standards and workplace readiness skills through authentic experiences.
