Lexington School District 2 Media Production

Welcome to Lexington School District 2 Media Productions. This platform allows student journalists, videographers, animators, podcasters and more the ability to combine the skills learned in introductory classes to create complex media packages. This group works together to enhance each team member's strengths. Our student backpack media specialists are trained and equipped to perform all of the functions involved in the construction of coherent, incisive multimedia journalistic narratives. Students learn advanced digital audio and visual tools in reporting for Internet news sites, social media, and other online media. This includes still photography, video, live streaming, podcasting, and audio.
